Spacious suite, comfortable and clean. Kind of in the middle of an office park area, so unless you're going to Applebees, you have to drive somewhere. Excellent Indian restaurant nearby - The Curry Bowl!

This property seems to be in transition at the moment. It looks like it is being renovated on the exterior and lobby area. There was a pallet of pavers in one of the handicapped parking spaces. We arrived a few minutes after 4pm to be told that our room was not ready despite check-in being 4pm. The front desk clerk, Elizabeth, was going her best to assure guests their rooms would be ready soon and answer questions. Our room was ready about 15-20 minutes later. We were told that the housekeeping staff was short-handed that day which is what led to the delay for most guests checking in. The floors of the lobby and the elevator closest to the lobby were dirty, probably due to the fact of the housekeeping staffing issue. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were some minor areas of the bathroom that looked like they had been damaged and repaired previously but the repair job was not that good. I would have loved to have had a hook to hang my toiletry bag next to the sink. Breakfast was decent with many options to choose from. The front desk clerk at checkout was friendly.

Caretta (I think that’s her name) at the front desk was very very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good. They were constantly restocking the food and it was hot. They only do room cleaning/service every other day but you can always ask for extra towels. The room itself was fine. The air conditioning is outrageously loud. Other than that, I would give it a good reading.

Room was clean. But I had an issue. When I booked and paid I paid for a king bed room. When I checked in thru the Hilton app I selected a room near elevator second floor. When I got to hotel they had put me in a double bed suite all the way at the end of the hall on 5th floor. When I asked for the room I booked at the desk, I was told this was an upgrade. It was not. They finally gave me a king bed on second floor after first saying the hotel was booking up fast.

We were sent an email the afternoon prior to our check in about the hotel being under renovation. Nice to be given notice however, it was too late to look for something else. When we walked into the lobby for check in, areas were sectioned off and the woman at the front desk assured us that the renovations wouldn’t interfere with sleep time. She was nice and friendly enough, no complaints about her or the check in process however, when we entered the room, it all changed! We literally walked into the room, peed, changed clothes and walked back downstairs to check out! We drove almost 3 hrs for a concert and sat through 4hr long show to turn around and drive back home that night as the room was that bad! Old, dirty, dinghy and just in really, REALLY bad shape.
