「I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. On the day of our check-in, a loud party at the poolside continued until 11 PM. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same. The lack of urgency from management was entirely unacceptable. Additionally, the facilities do not reflect a four-star standard, as basic amenities such as...

「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for...
