The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. 「Very friendly welcome and assistance from the concierge. The room was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast had many options including a few for vegans, with a lovely view over the sea. 」

「A very enjoyable 5 nights stay. Breakfast has something to suit everyone and staff were excellent at keeping food topped-up and plates cleared. Plenty of room around the good sized hotel pool and the activities provided by staff were welcome. The hotel is clean and in good condition, with renovation clearly happening. As we were there at a quiet time, we were given a room upgrade and the room with lounge was spacious and fresh. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches close-by...

「Rooms were spotless and loved having direct access to a small private pool along with complimentary drinks a snacks. Staff were really friendly and hotel had a lovely chilled vibe. Short walk to the beach, shops and bars. Food in the hotel was ok - breakfast was great, evening mean - not too much choice. Overall, an excellent days away and would definitely return.」

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut, das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Die Lage in der Nähe vieler Geschäfte ist günstig; zum Strand ist es es ein paar Minuten weiter. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Speiseauswahl beim Abendessen. Am und um den Pool war es selten zu voll, da habe ich schon ganz Anderes erlebt. Hier war ein ruhiger Urlaub möglich.」
