"The worst hotel in Bangkok. The location sounds good, but it really isn’t. To get out of here, you have to go through the mall. The journey starts with elevators that can take you about 10 minutes just to reach the lobby on the 23rd floor. Then you have to walk to another elevator (the convention center one) that takes you down to the 7th floor of the mall. From there, you go through the parking area to a supermarket, which is the exit point into the mall, and then you still need to go down 7 more floors—either by escalators or a small elevator that you’ll wait at least 10 minutes for if you’re lucky. After that, you cross an entire floor just to reach the Skywalk. Now imagine you forgot something in your room… not funny. If you choose to go directly down from the 23rd floor to the street, you’ll end up on a road where no taxi wants to enter via Bolt. You’ll just stand there and quickly understand why. It took us 35 minutes just to get out of the street corner near the hotel. The traffic here is unbelievably bad all the time. In short, skip this bizarre hotel. There are so many other hotels nearby for half the price. The furniture is old, the service is average, and overall it’s a huge disappointment. "

"My travel group of 5 had a good stay here at this hotel due to the luggage service staff. The luggage service staff was very helpful when we had questions about transportation. Definitely a big help for my group and I since we’re not familiar with the Bangkok area. They were able to set up a full day driver for our one full day in Bangkok and also airport transportation to BKK. The breakfast staff in the omelette making section could have better communication with their staff. I requested for a regular omelette from one of the employees and when I came back after 5 minutes and the omelette wasn’t made yet. There was a European couple in waiting for their requests and they were given their food. I’m not sure what happened but in the future they should treat all hotel guests the same. I definitely felt uncomfortable after that. Luckily it was my last day at the hotel. Also the pool attendant wasn’t very friendly at all. I made the mistake by moving the pillows from the chair to one of the long chairs. He yelled at me that I couldn’t do that. He could have came over to me instead of yelling at me from his desk to let me know that wasn’t allowed. I definitely felt embarrassed after that and just decided to go back to my room."

"The place was dated. The breakfast was blah, same food every day. The A/C broke on our last night."

"Bit outdated but very clean. Comfy beds, air con and decent shower although wouldn’t be so good for a rotund person as not much room for manoeuvring. Breakfast had great deal of things to choose from but not all nice for my personal choice. 7-eleven on bottom floor so able get plenty snacks. Staff all polite, professional and friendly. "

"Pros: Good deal, Worth the money. Excellent Breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. With nice and tasty snack from the housekeeper every day. Located at the end of alley which gives you a quiet evening. Cons: Shaving Kit quality was not good. Water pressure of shower head was weak."
