"All good. Location location!"

"Everything was great! It was clean and the staff were helpful and continuously showing welcome and warmth when greeted at the front door. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping would come into our room even if we had the do not disturb tag… which at one point was disregarded without much warning when someone opened our door and asked for trash while I was changing. It was possibly an issue with hearing or seeing the sign, but I would hope in the future it could be respected. Also, the attached restaurant and bar were 10/10. "

"Great location if you want to enjoy NYC. You are right at Time Square, theatre district, and plenty of options for dining/entertainment. Great staff and facilities with a convenient breakfast, coffee, and food options. Manager Joe is there to make sure you have a great stay."

"Room was clean but in rough condition, not at all like pictures. Works fine for an overnight when only there to sleep but expensive for what you get, even for NYC. Window air conditioning unit in a hotel seems weird to me. "
