"There were a few ants on our room each day, which was noted to the front desk. Cleaning service tried to come clean our room The first day at 9a and had to tell the 2x to come back later. The next day our room was cleaned by the time we came back at 1p and had to ask for it to be cleaned, seemed odd to have to ask when they tried to get us out of bed the day before. Asked for a late check out on a Sunday and was denied 2x. There were a lot of kids on Saturday night so it was rather loud and could hear them running around. And lastly they offer s’mores but don’t seem to have enough for each room so we were out of luck 2 of our 3 nights. Seems odd to not have enough for each room. Overall outside looks nice and room is small but renovated but don’t think it was worth the price to not get all the features they promote."

"It’s about the worse value you could get for your money - over $400/night - our sink faucet was loose and our room smelled like mold. We went for a walk the morning of our check out, when we got back to the room it was being cleaned. We hadn’t even checked out yet."
