「Everything was excellent」

「The location is great, just out of the way enough but right on the Riverwalk, making it a short, easy, and beautiful walk to downtown, plus if your up for a longer walk you can hit up local museums all from the Riverwalk. And if you would rather drive the parking is great and there is plenty of it.」

「The newly renovated hotel is nice. The new pools are great. Easy access to beach. Food at restaurants is ok. Park side view is horrible, especially when there’s a big blue dumpster right outside window. Get a gulf view room. Parking is in Egypt and $15 to self park.」

「We had trouble opening our door when we first arrived, and it continued to get jammed occasionally during our night stay. Additionally, the toilet kept running and spraying water everywhere. Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). We had to keep the lid off of the back of the toilet tank in order to manually flush it every time. 「Our front desk attendant who checked us in around 9:45pm was spectacular! Her warm, welcoming personality and down to earth nature were a welcome surprise. Sometimes check in is a very transactional experience. I felt like this staff member truly loved her job and is an amazing addition to your team.」

「We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home!! We appreciated the pool and the convenience of having EV chargers available on-site. 「Terri at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when I asked to have a room on a lower floor. The hotel is not very easy to get to from the Interstate but we like Hampton so did not want to settle for cheaper hotels on the West side. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area under the bathroom sink needs cleaned. Otherwise it was a good stay.」
