Great location and a great looking, eccentric hotel. Identified as a "valet hotel", self-parking is available but not necessarily easily accessible.

What a beautiful hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was pretty run-of-the-mill, but it was nice not to have to leave the property to get a quick dinner. My only real complaint was that the bath towels were sort of hard and scratchy. I stayed at a Hilton Homewood Suites a couple of nights later, and their towels were better than the Trilogy's.

Beautiful decor, however our carpet was wet. It may have been from a heavy rain and the staff was able to move us to a different room.

Nice hotel. Beautiful lobby. Close to everything we needed. Very walkable. I wish they let families know that one of the two onsite restaurants (the only one open in the evening) is only for 21+ so my daughter and I ended up leaving to get dinner. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. However, it seemed like the maids were understaffed because they did not refill my soap container until the very last day. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great restaurant and front desk staff. It also seems that they need to do a quick update on the decor and design. There were tiny details that were a bit dusty and overused. (Like door handles, etc.)

Wonderful, charming well-restored building with such a nicely decorated lobby and courtyard. We really enjoyed having a glass of wine at sunset on the fabulous roof-top bar. Breakfast was also yummy at the restaurant. Service was incredible. The only minor negative was the loudness of the air conditioner fan. There was no way to turn it off; it sounded like a space ship landing. Fortunately both of us had noise cancelling ear plugs for sleep, so highly recommend bringing those.
