「Overall staff was helpful, although check-in was complicated. Was initially advised the room I paid for wasn’t available because I booked through a third party (Expedia), but it got resolved. Also, there’s a club in really close proximity to the hotel. The music was so loud, I could hear the words in my room, on the 6th floor. The hotel itself is beautiful, has a rooftop bar with views of the city and the location makes it easy to get everywhere by foot. 」

「The room was very clean (and huge). The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a little dated, but I would definitely stay here again.」

「Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. 」

「Great location. Walkable to everything downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Many more options than the standard fare. Definitely would stay again if I am in Louisville.」
