「Friendly, professional staff, very tidy rooms in the suite, comfortable beds, spotless bathroom, excellent kitchen, and very good breakfasts. Did not use the tvs. Nice half mile walk to an outstanding Italian restaurant in the heart of Fourth Ave Live. Very safe area, Sheriff building close by as was Security along Market and downtown. Self-parking close to the hotel---park on the 3rd floor or higher.」

「The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. There is a good restaurant and bar right in the lobby. But the rooms were very small and had an odd layout with the bathroom area separated from the beds by only a curtain. I don't think the rooms would be comfortable for anything more than a solo traveler or a very close couple. Also, if you don't use valet, which was expensive,...

「Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. Beautiful neighborhood. Close to a wonderful park with live performances of Shakespeare. A couple hitches with checking in and getting a code but otherwise very satisfactory stay.」

「This is an older property in downtown Louisville that is fully maintained. We loved the location which was centrally located for bourbon hunting. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay at this property again.」

「Had a modern vibe. Very clean, very helpful staff. Wonderful view of downtown. The only issue we thought was the bathroom. The pocket door to the wet room didn't close all the way and looked to be intentional. Also the layout of the shower door made it that you had to reach in to turn the shower on and therefore couldn't turn it on without getting wet somehow. And the towel rack was behind the shower door so you had to step out to get your towel, or leave it on the floor. Minor things but seems...
