「Good」

「Everything was wonderful. My only complaint was there is a resort fee added. I had already paid for my room and did not expect additional daily fees.」

「Excellent 」

「great」

「Highly recommended. The guest room facilities here are excellent — easily one of the best value-for-money options in the area. What really stands out is the crew members, who make you feel truly at home. For guests who have just arrived, this warmth makes the experience especially comforting. Special thanks to the front desk team, Sean and Dex, for their kindness and professionalism.」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「We had an amazing stay at Four Seasons New Orleans. The attention to details and the attention to the guests needs is immense. The location is great, close to everything but not in the center of the city buzz.」

「Friendly staff, clean room. Quiet and comfortable. Convenient location.」

「一次非常棒的入住体验，安心，整洁」
