We were in town for the tcm film festival and it was pretty close to all the theaters which made it easy to get to where we needed quickly and without using a rideshare. The room was fine and comfortable enough for our needs. Some of the things in the room could be replaced like the toilet paper holder - it was rusty and pretty rough looking. The paint job in the room looked rushed, but those are small issues. We will probably stay again when we return for the festival, the location was definitely the best part and the staff was nice and was understanding when we were a bit late checking out.

Apart from being near to such places there is nothing good about hotel. its was just ok. we did not like AC. we smelled cigar smoke and was little suffocating. But no regrets have chosen the hotel as it was near to walk of frame and few other places. Car parking is available below, but very tight spaces to take in and out. Looks like all other inns same. considering that finding safe parking is difficult here. we were ok. Its budget hotel. Just to spend night and leave.

I enjoy staying in the hotel, all crew members were so friendly and welcoming and accommodating the need. I always stayed At Hollywood area and liked this place. The room were so clean, there were nice pool but the weather was cold during Our stay and we didn’t use it.

What i didnt like the service is worst, the service breakfast very limited there's no hot protein like egg and sausage limited fruits and the person who taking of the breakfast are so rude. The service of the housekeeping are not available always. And one thing they allowed people who can eat in the breakfast place.This hotel not recommendable. This how the experience we have. By april 2024.

Parking was gated and below the property, so it felt safe. It’s a tight squeeze, so it was a bit challenging navigating with a SUV. Although the building is clearly old, it is clean and as well kept as possible. The room was very clean and had plenty of outlets for charging, including 6 USB outlets. Not much drawer space, but there is a large table/counter for eating. Pillows and mattress were very comfortable. Linens/towels were clean and soft. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but could use improvement. Freshly made waffles by an associate, some yogurt, a cereal, and a juice dispenser. No plant-based options though. It would have been nice to have a non-dairy milk alternative, as well as toast/bagels and peanut butter as an option. The hotel is definitely walking distance from Hollywood highlights, such as the Walk of Fame, TCL Chinese Theater, Dolby, etc.

The Quality Inn is close to the Chinese Theatre and Hollywood walk of fame. The hotel takes great care to keep its inside safe and looking nice. Our car was safe and nothing happened to us either. The hotel has video surveillance and their is always staff available. However being a tourist area there is a homeless problem in the surrounding area.

The room has this smell that was so bad I don’t know if is from the cleaning materials. The windows are such that you can even open for ventilation. That’s not good. The only thing I liked was their shower the pressure was good and the water very hot just the way I like it. The cleaner was nice and the receptionists were helpful

Arvin had the best customer service upon working the continental breakfast area making sure all guest were happy. The underground parking has security gate therefore vehicle safe.

Habia leido muchos feos comentarios de el hotel, pero mi experiencia fue muy buena, el señor de reception siempre amable y el señor que nos preparaba wafles de desayuno tbm nos atendio bien, lo unico que le recomendaria es que tengan mas variedad en el desayuno , estaban rico los waffles pero todos los dias suele cansar, si varian sus desayunos serian mejor, despues por lo demas yo recomendaria el hotel y claro que volveria a ir, muy buena zona cerca de todo

Great budget hotel with friendly staff. Free parking (under the building) was a little tight and difficult with a bigger vehicle but there's free street parking (except for a couple hours for street cleaning on Mondays) so you have loads of options. Room access was from courtyard overlooking pool. Free breakfast simple but great to grab a little something at the start of the day. Comfy bed. Clean linens. Would stay again. Thank you.

Older hotel. Breakfast was good and attendant was excellent. Clean facility and excellent location to walk of fame but that area is a little scary at night. The hotel security is good though.

This is a very decent property to stay near Hollywood at a reasonable price. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I am easy to be pleased, as long as the shower is good and the bed is comfortable; found both in this property. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a pool in the central courtyard. Also a coffee machine and a drinking water dispenser in the reception for guests, accessible all the time. There is complementary breakfast, but don't expect a full English. Fresh waffles, a good selection of juice and beverages, cereals, fruits, yoghurts and biscuits. If you like to have a more heavy American breakfast, then IHOP is just a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Hollywood Blvd is just a short walk away from the property and Hollywood/Highland Metro station is 10-15min away by walk. I strongly recommend this property and will definitely choose them again in the future.

Although the hotel rooms were clean , however, the only thing I did not like is that the out Appearance look like some locked up facility that had bars around it and at night time all you hear is helicopters, police siren and people racing in the street it’s not a good hotel to stay in if you want quietness and trying to get some sleep at night. The walls are so thin you can hear people upstairs and you can hear people in the hallway, walking up and down the stairs it’s very noisy at this place.

Hello Johnson and thank you for your review. As you clearly explained it; all the noise is coming from outside where we do not have any control over it. Hollywood is a very busy place and live 24 hrs. a big city with the liveliness that is expected from a tinsel town.
