"Arrived after a long flight from London. Needed a bed for the night before heading out on a road trip. Easy shuttle from LAX and check in was friendly and fast. Room was lovely with a very large comfy bed. Shower wax one of best I’ve experienced. Overall I would highly recommend staying here "

"Very nice hostel with a rooftop poo. The check in process can be better though No one explained me about the cafe or the pool In addition i extend my stay and needed to check out and check in again and it took so long to get me a clean bed. Otherwise the staff was nice and willing to help with anything you need and they also offer luggage keeping for case you arriving early or departing late"

"It was disappointing stay for us. The phone was not working. I have to go in the reception area to ask for shampoo and hair dryer. The lady told me that they don’t have a hair dryer at the moment and come back later on if they somebody return one already. When I told that the phone was not working, she said she will call maintenance but never came. No fridge, no microwave. Wifi was not given during check in, I have to go downstair to ask. Not coming back next time."

"Our first room on the 4th floor was stuff and had bad smell. After the first night as we asked to be moved to a room on 12th floor which was better. However, when you flash the toilet water splashes all over you and shower had was not working properly. In both rooms our safe was nit functional. Location was good and very central for a lot of attractions. "
