Great location, a little noisy in the morning with someone banging on the wall around 7am above us like they were doing construction. Other than that enjoyed our stay

I’ll never stay here again. The staff acted like it was inconvenient to be helpful, they make you feel like a problem. Save your money and go literally anywhere else!

Good location to arena. Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. As far as rooms: could use a bit more light. Kind of dark when trying to read. I wish you offered hand lotion in room. Wish you had more food options at hotel.

The service was great! Clean beauty lobby. Our room was a a good size and bath/Shower was nice. The bed was not comfortable, the bathroom sink was clogged. Overall stay was present.

Overnight concierge, Lucy, Keyashi, and the security person with them, were extremely friendly. After performing a concert at Belasco, we were able to commune with a couple friends in the lobby. Allowing us to catch up on old times. So thoughtful, they brought us over bottles of water just before headed off to bed. Just very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very clean however there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the bathroom. Also, there is no phone set in the shower. Great laundry area. Not possible to have breakfast even if you pay. Hotel is missing this concept.

I have reviewed our daily reports and didn't see anything. If there was a disconnect in our process, I would like to follow up immediately. We have a Lobby grab-n-go for breakfast sandwiches, fruit, oatmeal and pastries, Table 901, where light breakfast is available. There are many walkable sit down restaurant options as well if you are craving a more robust breakfast. If your travels bring you back to DTLA, please allow us to provide Hotel and local info to enhance your stay.

Our stay was wonderful until the moring staff at the bar/cafe. Checked out Monday morning. There was no one at the bar area. We were greated nicley and ordered two michiladas. The young bartender said "yea sure." Than we waited. She continued to clean as we waited and waited.....It would of been great customer service if she would have let us know she was waiting for the mix. We were ignored. Coming from the service industry it would of been nice to know they were out or getting the mix. Or at least give us another option to order rather than tell us as we were walking away. Valet is now $60 not $50 plus gratuity.

A Night after a concert
The Service was impeccable. Parking handled quickly. Room was clean, the cafe selections were good. Had salad and flatbread. Wanted to have better food options but there were places adjacent for food. The location to LA Live and CryptoArena was perfect 2 min walk. Will stay there again.
