Rooms were great, lobby smells amazing! I wish the front desk staff was a bit more friendly. We did have breakfast Sunday morning and the selection was excellent, with Alex being friendly and attentive. He really made our dinning experience very pleasant.
The room was super clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful every time we talked to them. And we appreciated the two complimentary waters in the fridge.
The property was in a convenient location and well maintained, but the walls were extremely thin. Plus I was charged for a beer and never received a refund after several requests. I enjoyed the pool and the Smart TV in the room, but probably wouldn't stay here again, especially because of the thin walls- I could hear the person snoring in the room next to me and hear their every word.
Very clean and convenient location but front desk takes a long time to answer the phone, our tv remote and the first replacement didnt work, no ice in the ice machine.
Clean, upgraded common areas were nice to get breakfast and wait to gather your group. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was simple but clean and the view was great (we were on the 10th floor). A very good experience - we plan to stay there again.
We didn't enjoy. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel walkable other than McDonald's next door. The rooms have tall cerilings but are like a tall small box.

Most of the 4 nights I couldn’t get through to front desk. Restaurant, housekeeping, etc. all had to go through front desk. Daily cleaning of room was terrible. Dirty cups still there, coffee pod still in maker, crumbs on desk, no water refills and no re-supply of coffee.
I found bed bugs in the bed, and hair. Under the sheets so I assume it wasn't washed. I need a full refund back!!!

We have had a pest control company come out to check your claims of bed bugs. They have confirmed with us that the room does not have any insects or bugs. I do apologize if your stay with us was disturbed by this assumption but will not be refunding the stay.
The hotel was very clean and all the staff members I talked with were very friendly. It's convenient walking distance to multiple museums and several very good restaurants.
