「Room was not clean. Bugs found in room.」

「We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

「Overall had a fantastic experience for a sister’s weekend! Would however like more detailed information on getting around the resort as we often left early to try and find where we were going.」

「Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I checked in. The room was clean and stocked with supplies. The breakfast looked good, and everything was fresh. Plenty of parking available.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「I paid a premium price and was told I had an updated suite, it was not. Shower upstairs had no hot water, outlets were outdated, and TV remotes didn’t work.」

Our family visit e very year!I there was nothing i didnt like .I would love to see hand sanitizer stations through out especially by the arcade.A suggestion ....switch to a water proof door key. At great wolf the kids wrist band gave them access to the pool and served as the door key for the hotel room. Thanks」

「Just loved staying here, met the owner and she was wonderful. The little details that they have all over the place is just great, you feel welcome. It's just over all a great place to stay if you're ever in lake Geneva, will be going back again.」
