My room was on the 3rd floor right near the elevator. However, after checking in, I left to come back later that night and found the elevator was broken. 「This was our second time celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary at Seven Oaks, and as always, the overall atmosphere was lovely. 「Kevin is the worst human to exist. This hotel gave us an infestation in our house and Kevin tried to steal my laptop/belongings. I'll post the full story on a different review site as I have limited characters, which will not be enough to recount the horrors of what we endured there. 」

「The hot tub and pools were out of order . also they were updating and rehabbing rooms and floors and had people blasting music, slamming closing doors and sanding walls at 8 AM on a Saturday. 」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Room & view were great. Prob the best in Lake Geneva. Restaurant & bar had really friendly & attentive team members. However, the hvac fan ran all night & sounded like a loud jet engine & the thermostat was very difficult to understand. The display timed out very quickly so if you didn’t know what to do, you had to start over. This was a big miss I think, and the only directions in the book were “call the front desk” :(」

「Once you adjust expectations, it is a decent place. We arrived at night to a barely lit property and foyer furnished w/60's/70's furniture. Those made me nervous, but once inside the room, it was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff was very nice. 」
