「The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony.」

「It was listed as premier room with partial sea view. But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking. 「Very disappointing experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was terrible. I booked an ocean-view room, but all I could see was another building. When I asked the staff, they said it was because my room was on the third floor, even though I paid for an ocean view. The first room was unacceptable, and I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. My family also had to leave after the second night, and we ended up booking another hotel. I hope the hotel improves its customer service...
