Good location right next to the tube and loads of shops restaurants etc. no issues at all really good stay and has an ac which was really needed during the summer

A principal vantagem é o elevador. O prédio é antigo e as instalações também. É um hotel para ficar poucos dias.

We paid for room with window. The window was to a stairwell below ground. Dead pigeon outside window entire 2 week stay. Asked for different room and never got one. Shower also had major leak.

*We had 4 luggages - 23 kg each - we are on top floor - elevator not working *Both washroom only have 1/4 of the bathroom tissue - no spare- I had asked for them to bring- only brought 1 *no towels - I had to ask *chair and table broken - my sister in law got hit in the leg - luckily it wasn’t serious and the laptop on the table was nearly got knocked over

The location was perfect!! We were so close to alot of things like Kensington palace, london Paddington station and the museums. The apartment is perfect for what its used for, great ammenties, had everythkng in we needed and easy check in and check out! Will definitely be back!

Really nice apartment with new furniture, a nice balcony with view over the city included. Very bright room with huge windows. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to have some breakfasts and dinners there. Location is nice within reach to the park and a train station. Deductions for a rather small bathroom and thin walls (noisy neighbours might wake you up)

Une catastrophe, à fuir, zéro accueil tout se fait par téléphone et quand on rentre on comprends vite pourquoi, l’ascenseur a fonctionné 1 jour sur les 4 jours. Nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre les poubelles n’avaient même pas été vider, tout était sales, la literie laisse vraiment à désirer… Ça nous a gâché nos vacances. Une honte pour le prix payer! Dommage car l’emplacement est bien

Well situated, within walking distance of shops, stations and park. Shower could be cleaner, under the bed and sofas, looks like it has not be cleaned for months. We arranged to drop luggage early, staff there had no idea. No hot water (including shower) or heating for 2 days, said they repaired it, but they hadn't (request for partial refund due to this rejected).

They asked us to call 30 minutes before arrival, yet they were still 10 minutes late without any notice. The place was not clean- floors, pillowcases, and bed sheets were all dirty. We had to request new towels multiple times, and it took over 24 hours for them to arrive. On top of that, the building’s entry door was left open by the staff all day, which did not feel safe. When we returned around 9 PM, it was still unlocked and open.

Wifi did not work throughout my stay despite raising the concern multiple times to the customer service. We accommodated their request to let them know 30 minutes before we arrived to check-in, however they still had us waiting on the sidewalk for an hour. Very poor staff, and sadly would not recommend or stay again

The overall experience was pretty bad. The room was not nice but it was decently clean. There is not staff on the premises so we had to wait when we arrived and they were not accommodating whatsoever. They seemed kind of mad when we asked for more towels despite the fact that they only gave us 3 towels for a room booked for 4. They had massive attitude over message. And then when they did deliver the extra towel, it was actually two bath mats and not a towel. The walls are also super thin and we had noisy neighbours. And there was no control over the temperature of the room so it was constantly freezing. Don’t stay here.

First of all the apartment was way smaller than it looked in the photos, thankfully it was cleaned well before we checked in. Even though we had inform the agency of our check in time, we had to wait around 30-40 minutes extra outside when we arrived for someone to come and let us in. The external door needs some repairs, as it felt like we would break the key each time we were trying to come in.
