The hotel was clean, had a/c and the staff were nice. It was located right at Leicester square so lots of busy nightlife right outside our window. It didn’t keep us awake because we were so tired every night but there was music going from the club next door that we were unaware of while booking. It never stopped. All night long you could hear the music.

The standard and quality of the hotel/apartment does not justify the price tag. Both the lifts were not working properly and there were old people who had rooms on the 5th & 6th floors! Also had a guest pass me on the stairs and said dump hotel”.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms for London! Excellent location, steps away from the tube and many bus routes. Front desk staff are very friendly and breakfast at the sister hotel is fantastic. Beware there is a mezzanine floor with half windows; though they let in plenty of light. There is only one elevator working and it can take a while to get as it seems to only go all the way up and all the way down. It can also get quite noisy in Leicester Square, but that’s the price for an excellent location. Would stay again!

The elevator wasn't working for 3 days, so we had to take our luggage to the 4th floor by stairs. The breakfast is in another building. Because of the location, the rooms are super noisy. The staff were amazing, but they couldn't help with the elevator, for example Long story short, if you have other options, don't even think about this hotel

The location was excellent, right off the Leicester Square Station. So getting to different tourist attractions around London was easy. However the Leicester Square is closed off to car traffic and my Uber driver could not drop me at the hotel's front door. I became lost trying to find the hotel as street signs are located up on the buildings and not on the street as I am in used to at home. I would recommend keeping their phone number handy if staying there for your first time. I would definitely stay at Victory House again.
