Hotel是一間酒店的樓上，checkin的服務台在酒巴內。checkin時沒有服務員，站在酒吧內等了很久。酒店樣子很舊，要走樓梯，房內衛生還可以接受，舒適度也免強可以。不適合一家大細。

在這住了七個晚上，前兩天居然沒有打掃，反應後，老闆有道歉，第三天打掃了，但後面幾天有時垃圾沒收，且髒毛巾都沒有收走。房間燈光昏暗，浴室洗手台超級小，沒有電梯要爬樓梯，晚上靠近大馬路很吵。早餐時有個中國人員工非常不友善，問他點餐的選擇她說不能如此點，但旁邊外國人可以，之後去詢問另一位員工，中國人員工又改口可以。優點只有距離地鐵站近，自助早餐還不錯。

可以提早寄存行李, 只放入一個櫃 早餐是SET 不是自助 房係望到路軌, 但情況可接受 呢間賣點相信大家都知是因為旺區 要自行搬行李上樓 最後一天Taxi到機場要提早預約 房係單人房, 以價錢黎評可接受 lobby 係 pub 黎, 唔可以打開行李整理啦.

Everything's great except the stairs

The hotel location is perfect as it is just opposite to the Waterloo station. The hotel room was clean and cozy, the compliment breakfast was excellent!! The only bad thing was the stairs, I lived on the 3/F and I carried my luggage from G/F to 3/F and then from 3/F to G/F when check-out, so be prepared for some work out.

The Wellington is a great place to stay if you need to be close to the central action of London. Many areas are within walking distance and the Waterloo train station is directly across the street. I stayed in a room with my wife and daughter, which met our needs perfectly. It was a decent size, was clean and had moderate updates. The building is quite old, so it is quite worn in many areas. For example, carpets, walls and railings in the main stairwell. Cracked paint and built in dirt around windows etc… So if your preference is new and shiny, this won’t be for you. However, we all enjoyed our stay. The breakfast each morning in the pub was perfect, lots of options and the staff and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Wellington.

Incredible staff; friendly and accommodating! Easy check-in process! Highly recommend! There is a wonderful bar and restaurant located on the first floor, but we could not hear any noise! Great food and drinks!! The street/location is a little noisy, with a busy road and train station close by, but with ear plugs we all slept well! Only area of improvement would be the bathroom in room; significant amount of mildew (black mold). Thanks for an enjoyable time!! We’ll be back!!

Older building with unfortunate absence of elevator - but: the staff is very kind and helpful moving suitcases fit you in and out of the room. Very good water pressure and shower all renovated to the current standards. Breakfast is excellent. Thank you !

Det er anden gang vi overnatter på Wellington. Vi vælger Wellington fordi det ligger meget centralt, og de er utrolig søde. Man skal være til det lidt slidte pubmiljø, hvor man kun kan komme op på værelset af stejle trapper, men så får man til gengæld super service, og udmærket mad både morgen, frokost og aften. Det er ikke sidste gang, vi bor på Wellington.

Amazingly central stay, welcoming staff, reasonable tariff. No hidden extras. Had to be able to navigate stairs. Within walking distance of central sights and on direct bus routes. Will certainly stay here again.

Access with baggage is a bit challenging from the street and once inside. Staff were helpful and kind. Location so close to Waterloo station is a big plus. En suite bathroom very nice if a little on the small side. Bed comfy. Train line next to the window provided some noise until quite late.
