The location was perfect for my needs. The room was tastefully decorated. There was no issue with the separate bathroom. The bed was a bit creaky and a mattress topper would be a good investment. My coffee machine didn’t work but had instant coffee. There was no continental breakfast left in the room unfortunately. The house beer in pub great .. Staff were friendly. I will definitely stay there again Thank you

The stay in this quirky pub, all shabby chic was good for the price in London. The staff via the quirky pub were lovely, so accommodating when asking for extra milk & tea bags for the room. I did make the .mistake of not realizing there were shared toilets & shower/bath facilities with other rooms which I would not have originally chosen on booking. The room was generally ok. There were drafts coming from the windows however, we had to ask for more towels, the cups for tea definitely needed to be far bigger & the main need is to replace the bed mattress in our room, No 3 as it was so old & soft & springy that you could actually feel the bed springs!! Not good really. Just a few changes to what was a lovely local pub with a fab inclusive friendly community feel.

TV didn’t work, neither did the coffee machine. Facilities okay, bathrooms were very clean. The room was tidy but the bed was rather uncomfortable.

Charmigt B&B

Charmigt inrett B&B, som på engelska landsbygden, med pub i gatuplanet och rummen en trappa upp. Perfekt läge om man ska se ABBA Voyage, bara ett par pendeltågsstationer bort.

The pub is quirky and delightful . However , there are no en suite facilities in the room which led to a slightly disappointing experience . The staff were very friendly and engaging but the lack of facilities tinged the experience .

THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED i HAVE EVER SLEPT IN

Easy to find, this east london pub did exactly what it said on the tin, room was clean and spacious, access to toilets and shower easy to find and the added bonus of a free conti breakfast was very welcome. The bed was soooo comfortable - will stay again, thank you

Pre-marathon stay

Stayed here as I was participating in the 2025 marathon. The room was lovely and the service received was very good. The road was a bit busy outside all through the night but that cannot be helped. Would definitely stay again.
