"Apex is a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the beds!). Size of bathroom was great as well with a bathtub and good sized shower. The closet space is generous, with mini fridge and kettle, tea and biscuits/popcorn; which is nice touch! The location: this hotel is 3-4 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station which makes it very easy to get around. Also very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Thames, Leadenhall market, Sky Garden…it’s a fantastic location."

"The internet hardly worked and was very slow. The feel of the hotel was more like a 2 star motel. The hallways are uncarpeted. Rooms are small and congested. Breakfast a zooo. Staff reception was unpleasant. "

"Everything was amazing at the Royal Garden Hotel, the room was beautiful and wonderfully accommodated with toiletries and modern amenities. The staff was even better and I would like to acknowledge especially Mr. Jim Cameron, who was incredibly helpful and provided a Royal Garden Inn bear after I asked for one! My students will be so excited to see it, as I love to bring souvenirs to show and inspire them to travel the world. Hopefully one day they will make their way here!"
