This was by far the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It felt more like a tiny cubicle than an actual room. It was extremely hot, there was no air conditioning, and the window only opened about 20 cm, so there was almost no ventilation. The room was tiny, never seen something like this in my life, leaving virtually no space to move around or even open luggage comfortably. The worst part is that it looked nothing like the photos online. The pictures are very misleading and create completely different expectations. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I definitely would not stay here again. The staff was helpful and nice, but the hotel is not worth.

Mattresses were very hard, walls looked dirty and the room had an unpleasant smell. Sockets were too far from the beds and there wasn't even a bin. Narrow hallways, will struggle with large luggage. Bathroom was tiny with no room to turn around. The mirror was also broken and the fan provided was loud an inadequate for the hot weather.

You’ll get what you paid for, but honestly go somewhere else. Bed was like a stone slab. Bathroom roof and doorframe mouldy. My room was next to reception, so I got to listen to their 3 am phone calls. Key card kept breaking, staff were happy to rescan the key to the room. They probably should check id before doing that. At least it’s central but it’s poor quality.

The whole place was tragic. The only good things were the location, the staff, and a well maintained bathroom. Other than that, the room was so small beyond belief, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, and the room had an odd smell. I awoke multiple times due to back pain from the bed. It was definitely an affordable place so can’t complain too much though.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und der Standpunkt war gut, da man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Meine negativen Punkte wären die leider etwas kleinen Betten, da ich selber mit 1.86m mit der Heizung zusammen ein etwas kleineres Bett bekommen habe. Das Bad war leider etwas zu klein, aber trotzdem nutzbar. Das Fenster war nicht komplett abzuschließen, etwas kalte Luft ist durchgedrungen. Aber für den Preis ist das Hotel gut, kann mich nicht beschweren, konnte zu Fuß die Bahnstation innerhalb 5 Minuten erreichen und viele Läden und Restaurants waren nah.

La chambre était très sale et ça sentait très mauvais. L'odeur était si forte et mauvaise que j'avais du mal a dormir. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très sale, nettoyé mais sale a cause de la saleté qui date d'avant. L'extracteur d'air dans la sale de bain faisait un bruit horrible, impossible de s'entendre quand il etait allumé. La télévision était minuscule, 20 cm sur 30 cm. Vous devez payer si vous voulez laisser votre bagage le dernier jour, 7 pounds pour 4 heures.

Bem localizado, por ser um local privativo com banheiro o preço é ok para a expectativa. O quarto era ok, porem fomos atacados por begbugs que prejudicou muito o restante da viagem. Demorou um pouco para entendermos o que estava acontecendo, pois aos poucos o corpo vai reagindo e não imediato. As instalações podem favorecer este tipo de problema, carpete, madeira... O colchão é um pouco fino, nao muito confortavel. No quarto havia uma chaleira elétrica, porem nao deu para usar pois estava suja por dentro, alguem deve ter cozinhado algo e nunca lavaram. Caso fiquem na habitação 10 verifiquem se encontrem bedbugs em seu interior. Espero que o hotel possa agir e resolver este problema, pois é bem localizado. Seria uma recomendação melhor ou dentro da expectativa que tínhamos, mais dependendo do nível de alergia, pode comprometer de forma seria a viagem.

La pulizia è sicuramente da migliorare! E anche i servizi! Lasciano una sola asciugamano per tutto!! E se gliene chiedi più di una te la danno ma sottolineando che te l’hanno già lasciata e ti basta! Per loro dovrei asciugarmi faccia, corpo, capelli e parti intime con un solo telo! Va bene si può anche fare ma non è una cosa normale! La posizione dell’hotel comunque è davvero comoda per Victoria Station!

The first room we were put in had a very bad smell, and the bed was as hard as a board. After our first night, we discovered a bed bug. After smashing it and taking pictures, we went to the reception. At first, they only offered to change the sheets, but when we insisted, they switched rooms for us. They sprayed the old room and our bags with some bug deterrent (which explained the bad smell in the room, as it was the same as what we smelled when we first entered). This led us to the conclusion that the room had had the issue before as well, and they had tried spraying it before. The second room had a much better bed and less of the smell, so we ended up staying there for the rest of our stay instead of changing hotels. It was a cheap hotel, so I did not expect much, but the bug issue made it really not great. If we had had the second room from the start, we would not have had as many issues with it, I think. There was some mold on the doorframe in the bathroom, though even in the second room.

O staff é muito simpático e o hotel é bem localizado. Penso que pequenas mudancas já contribuíriam para aumentar o conforto do usuário, como o uso de cortinas blackout. O quarto vizinho à recepção (nº 7) é muito barulhento. O hotel é simples e cumpre seu objetivo. Para uma viagem solo, me atendeu bem.

Filthy - do not stay here

I was given Room 13 and, to be fair the very pleaseant staff, there was no other room to give me when I asked. Multiple human hairs on the stained sheets and stained, stiff mattress. Thick layer of dust in many areas and sticky in others, like the carpet. The shower room would not drain property, so I was treading in about a half-inch of dirty water when getting ready in the morning. Bin in the bathroom was caked in something and obvioulsly hadn't been wiped in years. Honestly, the dirtiest hotel room I've ever had. I've been commuting to London for work for most of the past five years and, before now, never felt compelled to write a negative review.

Great stay

It was a nice stay for 1 night, bed was comfy enough, room was compact but cosy and didn't feel claustrophobic. Checking in was smooth and receptionist pleasent and friendly. The little step into the bathroom caught me off gaurd, i understand why it's there as it's a wet floor shower, maybe a sign saying mind the step might be helpful just to draw attention to it. Only one cup with tea and coffee station. Didn't end up using though so didn't matter to us. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again we saw wicked and this was only 8 minutes walk from the victoria Apollo theatre

Nice location and close to everything. When we entered the room it had a weird smell and the next day we found out that it was because of bed bugs. The staff was really nice and tried to help, but we didn't want to sleep there anymore
