The hotel is in a great location for the tubes and was very clean, with nice staff. The only downsides were you wasn't allowed to check in, even 1 minute before 2pm, even if your room was ready and the room itself was very small, with a small double bed.

Overall, this was a good hotel. My friends and I stayed in the top floor of this small hotel for our trip to London. Highlights are easy access to the metro station and neighborhood feels very safe and walkable. Really our only complaint is that there was occasionally the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. The rooms and bathroom were kept clean, but the smell was noticeable (only at certain times and unrelated to our usage of the bathroom). Overall, this hotel met our expectations. Clean, comfortable and convenient!

A very convenient location, close to Euston and Kings cross stations. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with TV and Tea/coffee making facility. Lovely hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights and loved the hygene. The proximity to King's Cross and various other underground stations was very convenient. The room was a one-bed room and quite small, but it was more than enough for me. I also loved having a kettle in my room, and there were plenty of coffee and tea bags. The loveliest was without a doubt Joe, who first helped me with my luggage the first day and then with printing my flight ticket the last! Thank you Joe, you are the best!

Narrow stairs

Room was on the third floor, no elevator and stairs were very narrow from 2nd floor to the 3rd floor. For that reason wouldn’t stay here again.
