"I was disappointed being a returning customer for the last 5 years, where I complaint about the noise at 530 am in the morning. And nothing was done about it. Nor did the morning manager call me to discuss about it. Not until I made a lot of noise, did the PM manager attend to it."

"Overall a solid stay — the property was clean and the staff was genuinely helpful throughout. The location is excellent, which made getting around easy. A few hiccups worth noting: the elevator broke during my stay, which required some workarounds for at least one day. Drinking water from the fountain wasn’t always available, and coffee replenishment was occasionally missed. These are operational details that, if tightened up, would easily push this to a 9 or 10. Good value and a comfortable experience overall. Would consider returning. 8/10"

"This hotel is true to its advertising. There really are fantastic views of the Tower Bridge from both the rooms and the restaurant. It is convenient to the Tower of London and not too far from an underground station. The staff are helpful and we were very pleased with the room. Food at the upstairs restaurant was very good. No complaints - highly recommend. Good value for money"
