Excellent service - we arrived in the morning but could check in earlier free of charge, and also got an umbrella borrowed as it was a (what a surprise!) rainy day in London. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, great location close to the tube station (which takes you in 30min to the city centre), and supermarkets nearby - to sum up, we had everything we needed on our 3 days visit in the city (including a free drink in the bar).
