As a female solo traveler coming from Australia l felt extremely safe and comfortable in this place,wonderful comfortable bed and great room ,the complimentary coffee machine was a godsend and the breakfast was fantastic- highly recommend will stay there again

Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was excellent and offered a good start to the day. The room was comfortable, though there were a few downsides: only one chair in a double room, very limited storage, and a tiny clothes rack tucked into a narrow space that barely fits a jacket. A couple of improvements would make the stay more pleasant.

Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back when we visit London next time.

The room was warm and cozy also updated in the latest technologies. I didnt have to get up to switch up lights or charge my phone. I could dim the light as i fit or change to reading light. I dont have to put do not disturb sign , i only have to press a button. The only down side is that they have no ice machine on the floors. I had to go get it at the reception downstairs, also there are no fridge , so my food could not be stored. I had to throw it out. But i will stay again ...staff were welcoming.

The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station. The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect.

Rummet var helt ok med några kommentarer. Madrassen var ganska nedsutten på kanten så man tenderade att rulla utåt. Mattan kändes inte helt rengjord så man tvekade lite över att gå barfota i rummet. Sedan saknades ett safe, vilket säkert framgick på bokningssidan men det känns som en ”standard” så det hade vi missat. Personalen har ingen uniform utan jobbar i helt privata kläder vilket både gör det svårt att veta vem som är personal samt att det sänker den allmänna känslan till en lägre nivå. När vi anlände låg det en helt utslagen man som man fick kliva över precis innanför entrédörren. Inget som hotellet kan rå för såklart, men personalen kändes lite handfallna för situationen och låtsades nästan som ingenting.
