Hotel is close to underground station and many shop and supermarket nearly. But the noise isolation is not good enough and is making me sleep not well. For short trip is ok.

The place was filthy. Down the side of the beds were thick dirt, bedding had stains on it, mattress was filthy! Our window was cracked, looks like it has been for a while looking at other reviews. It does not feel secure in there, do not leave valuables, someone could easily open the windows or even the door into the room as it’s all very worn. Bathroom was filthy, no soap provided either. Went to use the tv and it wasn’t plugged in so went to plug it in and there was no socket for it to reach! Makes no sense. Tea and coffee provided but no kettle? We were absolutely dreading sleeping here and contemplated going home as it was that awful. I really wouldn’t recommend. I know you can’t expect much for £70 a night in London, but basic cleanliness is expected. The man at reception was pleasant and friendly, and the free parking was handy.

Toilet seat was broken. Wifi not working in bedroom. At some point they had to change my room. Then they kept procrastinating that new room wasn't yet ready, notwithstanding that I was in huge rush tk attend a wedding which was main purpose of my entire trip.

Posizione accettabile vicino ai negozi e personale gentile ma zero pulizia zero tranquillità. Bagno con lavandino otturato. Tavolozza wc rotta. Camera minuscola con bottiglie di coca cola e vodka sotto i letti. Finestra che non si chiude e con vetri rotti... Piano terra... rumori e urla tutta la notte. Sinceramente una stella è anche troppo. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. The bed was broken with the headboard not attached, no tv as they had no subscription for it, curtains broken and limited coverage from passers on the street. No privacy. Wardrobes and shower broken. Eventually got the shower running and water was like lava with no turning down - it was shear torture and the little cubed shower over flew within a minute with water leaking out. Ended the night find sing spiders lurking up the wall - have pictures to prove all the points and should get my money back for this horrendous nightmare of an experience! My advice to all - NEVER BOOK with this hotel.

Pessoal acolhedor e atenciosos. Localização excelente, bairro bem tranquilo, vasto comercio local. Muito proximo a duas estacoes de metro. Linhas de ônibus constantes para varias direcoes. Altamente recomendado.

The room was very basic, literally 2 beds, a small tv on the wall that didn’t work, a kettle and a chair. Very dusty and it had dirty towels left under one of the beds. It had beside table that had a broken door, there was a huge hole in the wall and the tap on the sink in the bathroom was coming off. The beds were very flimsy as well.

This Hotel does the job for a fairly decent price. No thrills included and could be cleaner, some issues with the shower too. But the staff were helpful and quick to help with any issues.

Also ich kam später an. Da war jemand bei der Rezeption. Ich sollte ihn beweisen dass ich bereits bezahlt habe. Dann war mein Zimmer trotz Später Ankunft noch nicht fertig! Dann hieß es es gibt keinen Zimmer. Dann sollte ich weiter warten. Als ich ankam war der Zimmer eiskalt. Gott sei Dank war die Heizung im Bad funktionierend. Zwei Decken haben dann einigermaßen geholfen. Zwar sehen die Bilder gut aus, da sie den Boden nicht mit fotografiert haben! Es ist alt und teilweise an manchen Stellen der Boden nicht intakt. Kühlschrank stinkt und ist uralt. Die Wände sind dünn und man kann die Nachbarn hören. Rezeption ist fast nie besetzt.Wenn besetzt, dann total kurz angebunden, unprofessionell und weniger freundlich. Ich wurde nicht informiert dass man einen code haben muss um Nachts darein zu kommen. Die einzig freundliche Personal, waren die Reinigungs Kräfte. Was gut ist, es gibt Einkauf Möglichkeit und Essens Möglichkeiten Fuss läufig.

The room was clean and beds comfy, although rather hot- we had to have the window open. A bedside lamp would have been nice - the overhead lights were a bit harsh for the evening. The reception staff were super friendly, overall we were happy.
