The property was fabulous. Exactly as advertised and the office staff and cleaning staff were all great to deal with. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use again when visiting London.
The second bedroom’s bed was very uncomfortable….my friend had to lay on pillows to get comfortable. It felt like the springs were poking her.
The flat was very clean and I thought well equipped. But no teapot!!!
Good location to the tube (10 min)….and a Tesco and a Waitrose just downstairs…

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in London. It's perfectly situated close to a metro station, making it easy to access all of London's famous attractions. Two grocery stores are within a one-minute walk, and the area is safe with plenty of restaurants. The owner responds quickly and resolves issues efficiently. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary kitchen supplies. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Some good, some bad.
Be Aware - while our stay was overall pretty good, there were issues which we didn’t have help resolving.
There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. We were told we were there during a “heat wave” in mid-June but the highs were around 80F. It was cool outside in the evening and comfortable for the majority of the daytime, but the apartment got very warm and humid as there’s no shower exhaust. They gave us one fan, but with 5 people sleeping in 3 different rooms, it really wasn’t sufficient. We had to keep the doors/windows to the balconies open as much as possible, closing the door only at night after we’d stayed up late enough for it to cool down.
They advertised a washer/dryer, but ours was faulty and after using it one night ourselves and realizing it didn’t dry, we called for help. Someone came by to help make sure we were using it properly, and after confirming we were, we left for the day. We came back to still wet clothes that night, and tried again. Finally we hung things to dry the night before our flight. We did not have clean clothes for the flight home and because the clothes had stayed wet for awhile, our entire suitcases needed to be rewashed upon arriving home.
Lastly we were given a card when we arrived, stating housekeeping would come on Tuesday. When they didn’t and we asked about it, we were told weren’t owed housekeeping with our booking and chastised for expecting it. When we asked for some kind of discounting to help with the washer and AC, we were blamed.
