The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. "A fantastic location overlooking the Menai straits and bridge with a lovely garden and dining area. The food menu was extensive and caters for all tastes whilst being reasonably priced. The room was lovely, clean and a decent size. On-site parking and situated within yards of the town centre and waterfront it made for an easy place to walk out from. Staff were very friendly."
