Fantastic service and communication from the host. Lovely, quiet retreat. You are "out on a limb", a maze of country lanes. Worth the solitude. Plenty of parking. Taxi service available. We spent the bulk of our time visiting local towns and villages during the day. The evenings were back in the cottage for a home cooked meal. If you fancy a fabulous Sunday Lunch, book in at Portmeirion. The per head price includes entry to the grounds. Worth every penny. There is a fantastic Art Deco building, housing a wonderful restaurant - DYLAN'S in Criccieth. If you are a keen cook, take a good knife with you, AND a knife sharpener! Slight issue with the hot water, soon remedied by a plumber. The host wasted no time in getting the matter sorted. Will I go back? Most definitely.
