Rooms were tired, for a ‘spa hotel’ it lacked the basics. Staff largely v inexperienced to the point of rudeness. Despite staying 2 nights and having spent my Saturday at hospital with my v sick father, they refused to let me have dinner as I’d not booked Will not go back!

Hotel is traditional so has a nice feeling about it , but also a bit like fawlty towers. Our room was small, had a broken shower door that leaked onto the floor and the toilet was located in a way that if you are a biggetr person, you may struggle to use it. The hairdyer was missing from the room ...
