「The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. 「The property had no reception, used key code system and only one key to get in and out so could not go separately out of building. Was asking to ring them prior to going as we had booked through Expedia to complete information, rang 5 times but no response and ended up going down uncertain as to whether we actually had a booking. Had to go to other harbour place and phone the cleaners number who actually contacted a lady who took info needed」

「The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.」
