The hotel is well positioned for the town centre. It is clean and our room was comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and the choice of and quality of food was excellent. This is a place we look forward to visiting again.

One of the best stays in Carmarthen. Close to shopping and very nice restaurants, plenty of parking around. Scrumptious meals and breakfast, omg, out of this world. Safe area. Hotel and room very clean, refurbished. Wifi fast. Staff helpful and professional. Five stars service!

Great location and comfort stay

Great staff and room facilities, I was here for a work trip and would happily stay here again. Close to high street so everything nearby. Not too far from main Carmarthen station either.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Only downside was the free parking only fitted 5 cars but there is a car park right next door to the hotel which is free from 6pm till 8 am.

Falcon Hotel

Only gripe was there was no pegs to hang robes up, also in shower there was no shelf to put shower gel/soaps etc. I must mention one member of staff "May" who was superb and went the extra mile to assist and made our stay at the Falcon really enjoyable.

Highly recommend. Excellent value

We stayed as we attended a function at the hotel. The hotel was well maintained, the room was clean which offered a hair dryer, tea coffee refreshments and products for washing. The food was excellent and the staff we all outstanding. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

The Manager Mae was soooo kind and helpful along with her young staff member, very Professional for being so young. The room was clean and a bargain for what you pay. We had dinner and I recommend the food there as the Chef did a great job . Try the chicken dish. The owners did a great job hiring all these members

The property is in the middle of Carmarthen so very convenient for staying in town. However the property has been poorly rennovated and it is very expensive for the quality of the interior. I would not stay again.
