Excellent hotel! Clean very comfortable rooms, charming with modern bathrooms, outstanding service! The outstanding Welsh staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful! What a great hotel to stay in fabulous large room No 8 very clean and comfortable, will stay again. Just be careful of trying to get in to the hotel car park it vey tight!!

Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended. We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was scrummy. Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel. Would definitely recommend 😊
