「We liked that our unit was an entire apartment with an outdoor small balcony. Great location, walkable, many restaurants, safe, close to all the activities and sights. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and attentive. As an example, they helped us secure a car and driver for a guided tour of Lisbon. 「We had reserved a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment. There was only one bathroom. The apartment needs to be refreshed. Walls are dirty and the paint could use a new coat. There is mold in the bathtub and a smell of humidity throughout the apartment. The apartment is not soundproof and the noise from the other apartments is quite present. The owner was very helpful with everything and answered promptly to our texts. The apartment is well situated to visit Lisbon.」
