「The lockbox did not open easily on our 3 tries because the key was on a soft fob that filled the box, preventing the keys from being pressed. Once we figured out shaking the box repositioned the key inside, then we were able to get the buttons to work and open. Be aware that the property is on a steep incline, and you will need to be dropped off on the main street and walk a couple blocks to the entrance.
