"We had a lovely stay at Dream Chiado. Checking in process was quick and all communication was timely and helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger suite which was a nice surprise and great way to end our Portugal vacation. The suite was modern with 3 separate balconies overlooking one of the many hilly thoroughfares which we loved. The bed linen was oh so crisp and comfortable."
