「The hotel is less than a year old and looks modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of parking in the council car park behind the hotel which is free overnight but charges from 8:00 am. And the hotel is very convenient for the town centre and the ring road.」

「住縮非常污糟，樓下酒吧有很多飲醉的人嘈吵尖叫到半夜時份都不能入睡，而且房門外有很多閒雜人等，感覺治安很差，除了價錢平宜外，其他一概一文不值，有生以來不會再入住了」

「The Belfry is brilliantly well run. The staff are by far the best I've ever met in any hotel in my entire life. Truly brilliant. Friendly, engaging, funny, professional and confident. Proud of where they work and their part in it. Not unctuous just terrific. They should let the managers run the country. And before you dismiss my enthusiasm for the ramblings of someone who doesn't get out. I travel the world always staying at the best hotels. The Belfry was my third that week.」

「Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. 」
