「I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We were told we could check into the rooms at 3:00PM. We came back to the front desk at 4:30Pm and 2 of the rooms still we not ready. Those 2 groups had to take less quality rooms on the top floors. When we came back to our the second night there was a large roach in the floor near the refrigerator i told the guy at the front desk about it and he gave me a card to the General Manager and said call her. I figured she would care as much about the customes as he did...

「The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. We found a water bottle filled with milk in the fridge, a random sock and a chapstick in the bed. The one day that housekeeping entered the room to clean during our stay, they made up one bed and left the other disheveled and left everything else as is. No additional TP no fresh towels. 」
