「Staff are nice and helpful. Room is comfortable」

「We stayed at The Royal Swan Ashley Manor. Wickham for one night, my birthday Halloween day. This hotel was excellent, very clean rooms with all that you needed. Twin room with buffet breakfast and pre ordered cooked English breakfast, all just great. Staff all very friendly and happy. Good sized parking bays for my large car. Walked 10 minutes to a local pub. great atmosphere on this special day. Would definitely stay again.」

「The breakfast is great, and staffs are friendly and helpful.」

「The hotel is nice with clean spacious rooms. The furniture and decor need some improving as they are mismatched and the information in the room is very limited. No information about the grounds or the area. Most disappointing spa. It was filthy with clumps of hair in showers and plastic dirt and hairs by the poolside and dirty tea cups. The alarming thing was we returned the second morning and it was still the same. No cleaning had taken place over night. The spa is advertised as a relaxing...

「Good service, good location. Staff here are helpful and the price is reasonable.」

「We have stayed here several times and each time it has been a little more run down. It meets basic needs. We are elderly a choose this hotel for the elevator. There are steps to enter the lobby, steps to get to the elevator and about a dozen more steps to get to the room. We declined having the room cleaned the first day but never saw housekeeping again during our 3 nights stay. The front door needs painting a cheap fix, the lobby entrance needs painting. in the bar the exterior wall needs...

「Although my stay was lovely, the hotel could do with upgrading their rooms. Everything in the room was basic where expectations were for a 4 star luxurious experience.」
