「Rooms aren’t as tidy and front desk staff not as accommodating. 」

「We enjoyed our stay. This is a great property in a good location if you are looking for a place to stay but not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Pricing was competitive this stay. We did have issues with heating and air conditioning causing the room to convert from hot to cold. Room couldn't keep a consistent temperature. 」

「This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty.」

「Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.」

「Kids swam a bit, they said the water was warm, appeared clean. Staff was kind and yet to the point in the right ways. Maybe we got lucky but the room was very quiet all night」

「The toilet paper holder and the towel bar fell iff the wall within a few minutes of getting there. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the coffee area served yellow water both mornings I was there.」

「Tv didn’t work the last two times we stayed.staff doesn’t care to help fix problems. You pay a resort fee and they don’t care about your money or anything 」
