Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains. Overall, decent stay. It served our needs well and would stay again.

The check in was uniquely awful. We arrived at 3 and the desk person was moving painfully slow getting people ahead of us checked in. Suddenly she disappeared and you could hear her loudly discussing something behind a closed office door. She never returned. Another lady came out and without apology or anything just nonchalantly started checking people in. Then we got to our room. The phone didn't work. There was no hot water. The bathroom ceiling vent fan was falling out of the ceiling. There were no wash clothes. When we notified the front desk nonchalant lady about the the hot water she just kinda sighed "I'll report it". Later we figured out you have to let the water run for about 10 minutes before it gradually warms up. The breakfast was weak but the breakfast lady was friendly. The two positives were a comfortable bed and really cool touch mirror in the bathroom. No fridge, no microwave. Will never stay there again.

The room was so musty and yucky smelling! We got there late in the night and realized we had to drive to another building to actually get to our hotel room, which was not convenient at all.

This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in priced under $100 for a night. I travel a lot, have stayed in numerous cities and hotels of all levels and costs. This one for the money can’t be beat.

Very clean and comfortable, however, no internet for the four days we stayed and no hot water. Luke warm showers. Staff were friendly, but could not provide an answer as to why we had no internet. Little frustrating.

The good news: Guadalupe and her kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. She made the biscuits from scratch and was constantly checking to see that all was good. The room was missing a remote for the TV, a hair dryer, and a coffee pot. The guy at the desk in the lobby in the evening made no effort to help. The only thing replaced during our 2-day stay was the hair dryer.

The pictures did not represent the hotel accurately. In the pictures the hotel looked bright and clean but the hallways were dirty with huge stains on the carpets. When we arrived to check in the staff did not even acknowledge us at first and just handed us our key card without any information of the location of our room, etc. The room was decent but we were only given one bath towel and no other hand towels. The place is clearly under construction. We chose to deal with all of it but what pushed us over the edge was that the wifi didn’t work and I needed it for a zoom meeting. When I called the front desk to inform them they just told me “too bad, it’s been out all day and we don’t know when it will come back on” and hung up. I think we could’ve overlooked most of the issues but the employees were beyond rude that it ruined our stay. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after one to find another accommodation.

We stayed for 2 nights and the internet didn’t work at all, furniture is old and outdated, there patio/outside area was horrendous. Staff was very nice though but definitely spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
