「Two of my friends didn't know what kind of bite they had on them the night they stayed! Sound insulation is not good either. Anther thing that I‘d like to say is about when we checked into the room, there was only a box with little bit tissue left in the room. Late when we used some then ran out of that tissue and I went to the front desk and asked for a box, and the stuff told me to go to the restaurant across the front desk.」

「My wife and I enjoyed the Westin Lake Mary, while I was there teaching a Saturday workshop and we will be back. The property was clean, we had a nice room. If there is any negative feedback I have is that the front desk could be a little more friendly, and attentive coming from someone who spent over 20 yrs in the industry, and the restaurant hostess needs more training on the restaurants menu etc. but she was very friendly otherwise.」

「This is a tranquil property on the St. John's river. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. We enjoyed listening to the frogs croaking at night across the river and watching the light change at sunrise from the balcony over coffee. We saw a morning space shuttle launch from the property too. It is about 12 minutes from restaurants and groceries in Deland. There is no breakfast served but there is an ample mini fridge/freezer in the rooms and a microwave so we bring a few snacks, a bottle of...

「Unique and historic hotel. I love the antique decor and the staff/ owner were very friendly. No need to leave the hotel for meals as the hotel has a quaint restaurant, with various cuisine options and offers indoor/ outdoor dining. The chef is friendly and talented. He adds west coast flare to classic meals. The Captain Crunch french toast and patty melt were 2 favorites. He even helped jump my battery after I left my lights on! Easily, the best upcoming hotel in Deland.」
