「Easy check in and clean rooms」

「Room was clean and staff was friendly.」

「Needs brighter light in bathroom, No on came and picked up trash or changed out towels or made the bed. Coffee in room would be nice.」

「The person at the desk when I checked in was very nice and informative. The next moring when I went to check out and tell her/them about an issue woth something were not. I stood at the desk for a few minutes before a clerk with gray hair ignored me and another dark haired young girl was on the phone. Not only was I ignored but, when the oher clerk got off the phone they started talking to each other like I wasn't standing right in front of them. 「Room was clean. My only negative experiences were being out of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room. The AC unit also did not work. I talked to the front desk and they brushed us off saying it takes time to work. Never worked at all. Had to take a cold shower to be comfortable.. otherwise property was great.」
