I stood at the desk for a few minutes before a clerk with gray hair ignored me and another dark haired young girl was on the phone. Not only was I ignored but, when the oher clerk got off the phone they started talking to each other like I wasn't standing right in front of them. This made me feel not welcome, and that whatever...

「We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「It had a comfortable bed. I needed good sleep after a long day driving. It was near the airport, so was maintained OK. It was worth the price we paid through expedia. There advertised price we got over the phone was high, so we reserv ed through expedia and saved about 30 ish dollars.」

「This property is not managed, and it shows. Poor service, broken AC, no manager ever available, saw a pill in elevator and under my sink, hung up on by front desk when calling about the AC, people loitering late at night in the parking lot, no security, understaffed. On top of that, I was double billed and the manager won’t take calls to credit their mistake. Wyndham says they are a franchisee and won’t assist either. Terrible experience, do not recommend.」
