「This is a wonderful old Victorian that they did a great job updating. Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to some spaces. The heater air conditioner has some black spots on it. And next to the stove has crumbs. I am not able to use stairs very well and there wasn't an option on check-in to request a first floor accommodation or a way to indicate before booking the room what that was going to look like which limited my ability to transport personal items to the room. I'm also unsure...

「The hotel is conveniently located just off of the highway with a variety of shopping near by. The staff was warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to get our large group checked in and met all of our room requests.」

「We had such a relaxing evening and womderful morning because of the wonderful view and quietness. Staff was very friendly. The room seemed clean, the only issue was the toilet rim, it seems that bleach isn’t used on it. Overall, what a very nice place. 」

「Well about ten minutes after checking in there was definitely a domestic issue going on outside the door of our room in the hallway on the third floor that staff was aware of (per their self report of observing it on their facility cameras). You could hear them screaming on the first floor from the third floor. We asked about a refund to which we were told we have to attempt to get through Expedia and if we did then it would take several weeks to receive. They moved our room to the first floor...

「It is very convenient to eat and shopping around, but the room is very old, the bed and furniture are old, and the room smells bad, and the Wi-Fi is not good.」

「I called ahead to check whether the pool was open and working. It was and it was awesome. Just what was needed after a long drive.」

「Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.」

「On site restaurant and bar were convenient and very nice. Walkable to restaurants. Very close to Indiana Dunes. Good WiFi. Clean. Hot tub and pool missed the mark in my opinion. Pool was rather chilly and hot tub doesn’t have bubbles. Maintenance said the tub is a spa so doesn’t have to.」
