「this was more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel experience. Very comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful property, friendly communication with host.」

The furnishings and decor appeared worn, and the carpet looked old and not as clean as it should have been, which affected the overall impression of the room. Updating the room and replacing or deep-cleaning the carpet would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. The staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations.」

「I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. We also saw the same employee from that 530pm call and still on shift when we checked out at 12 the next day. I will say that...

I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. 「The room was fine. The hallways and elevator are dirty. The room didn't have a TV remote, I had to ask for one. The hotel has no cable The TV only has antenna channels. They have nothing but water and coffee for breakfast. I will not stay here again. There are multiple people hanging outside and by the front lobby like homeless people.」
