"Our stay was great. The staff was great. It was raining but we still had a great time. The room felt huge and was comfortable with heat and air. The curtains worked great. It's great to have an entire grill area to yourself. Just bring some food to grill. There's a small market within walking distance (.5mile) that has things like deer sausage and veggies. There's also a restaurant next to the market. You'll have to walk to get here or take a taxi but the bus stops are about half a mile away. We only had backpacks so walking through the countryside was a nice and relaxing treat for us. "

It is located in the remote area and it’s inconvenient for shopping, etc. However, it is an advantage for people who want to avoid the hassle of overtourism in the Mt. Fuji area. The room was newly renovated and the bedding was very comfortable. We didn’t eat at their restaurant, but they have a fridge in the room, so we brought our food and had cozy time enjoying the view of Mt.Fuji from our window. "

Warnings: This place is out in the woods with limited bus routes available. Like only 5-6 routes all day. So plan accordingly. Also, each room has its own toilet but you shares the shower/onsen room. Only one family/person uses it at a time. "
