It was a great stay for 4 of us. The view is great of Fuji mountian. The staffs are the most friendly people we met in Japan. They solved the issue quickly for us. Really appreciate their kindness.

Excellent hotel in Shoji lake
The hotel is very comfortable. There is free hot spring which helps you to relax. The terrace roof’s view is spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and clean.
