"The hot tubs were excellent. Not as overcrowded or overrun with kids nor were there any poorly behaved young adults as per my experiences at other hotels. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was far less than what either of us expected. However, the low water pressure in the shower would not stop us from staying at the Moose again in the future."

"Had a problem with my car and couldn’t get a mechanic to look at it but spoke to front desk and explained the issue and they trotted off to see management and returned and said we were good, the women that cleaned the rooms were exceptional, we had full use of the hotels amenities, two weeks of great service,"

"This is our second stay straddling a ski trip and I had a very positive experience. Firstly, due to my own mistake I booked Thursday instead of Wednesday, but the front desk staff (sorry I didn't catch the name, she would have been there Wednesday April 29th around 9pm) was very accommodating in finding me a last minute room, and also helped find a room that better suits my sleeping difficulties (further from frequent traffic). I'm very grateful and had a great stay. The room was nicely cleaned and spacious. Sleep quality was excellent. The free breakfast was also a nice surprise in this resort area."
