"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s...

"The Vills was great !!!! So nice and very clean. Everything was updated and fairly new except TVs. Owner needs two new TVs. The screens are very dark. Can tell they are starting to go out. "

"Here’s the corrected version:
Not a bad place to stay with good access to the South Point Casino. The biggest problem was with the elevators. Being on a high floor, there are three elevators in each building, which is not enough for 21 floors of guests. In addition to the guests using the elevators, the hotel staff and the construction workers use the same elevators. During check-in/check-out times each day, the elevator line would start backing up — I waited 30 minutes one day for one to come....
